Feb.15 I ordered a Ping 4-iron. I called today, april 23. And they told me the grip is what there waiting for? I told them to cancel it. And because the grip is custom ng on the grip

Being the grip made it custom ,I could only receive in store credit? It took 9 weeks to find that out!!!

Horrible Service

Ordered online.. received email stating it was being processed then another stating it was shipped with a tracking #..tracking # never worked, called TGW and they said that was their internal tracking # and they would call FedEx and email a new tracking #...never received email so I called again. Next women stated she asked the shipping department for a tracking number but could neither confirm or deny if it has even left the building.. this is now weeks later, and 3 emails not returned as well. Nobody seems to know where this package is and of course they have charged my CC

Do not use them if you want any type of competent service and certainly stay away if you expect any satisfaction from them.Three times they sent my pants to a wrong address,then when I gave them another chance and ordered golf balls they never arrived.I emailed asking where they were and recieved answer that they never recieved stay away!!order.I said please cancel anyway,two weeks after I cancelled they arrived in torn and broken box.I complained and just wanted a refund,they promised to send someone to pick up balls and would refund my money only when they got them back.After three calls the golf balls are still sitting in the mailroom where I live!

I wrote a review about a pair of new balance golf shoes I bought that were suppose to have a 2 year waterproof warranty. My feet get soaked every time I wear them when the grass is dewy. They would not post my review or offer any recourse. Dis honest advertising and reviews. I will not do business with them again.

Shipping issue

Your website promised delivery by a certain date. I’m flying out for a golf tournament and they won’t be here on time. Unacceptable I won’t be doing business with your company any further. And if you look at my order history. I spend a lot of money with you. But no longer Golf galaxy will get my business for now on

Not good

I purchased a shirt in March ( I live in Ohio) wore the shirt once... washed it with other golf shirts. Got it out to wear it and it had numerous thread pulls and thread actually coming out of the shirt... called to ask about warranty... they said since it was worn I couldn’t return it. I told them if I hadn’t worn it and washed it it probably wouldn’t have gone bad. Have a call into Callaway to get replacement...Golf Galaxy is getting my business from now on!!!!!

Not goood customer service...Shady practice to say the least

Paid over night shipping Tuesday @ 9:45 and was told that I had to place the order before 1:00 to get it the next day Wednesday so I asked why would I not get on Friday. Now I'm being told by CS that I will not received my purchase until Friday... I was told the package was still in the warehouse so I asked for a refund then I was told the packaged had shipped... Asked for a shipping number and was given one only to be told that the shipping information was not found...Imagine that!!!!

Logo on the grip is on the left side of grip.

Received a Taylormade R B C driver with the logo on the side of the grip, not on top facing golfer. This is one of the indications of a counterfeit club. Now I must wait to send the club back for a replacement. How could a grip be put on with the Taylormade logo on side of grip?

Shady...

Unfortunately my review is not good. I am trying to buy ping clubs. My order was cancelled and I have been giving them all the additional information requested by phone. Tried to place the order 3 times and with 3 different method of payments. I am being treated like a criminal and the experience of buying something from TGW is terrible. It is also very upsetting and frustrating to try to deal with the customer service as they blame the "system" or the "accounting department" who is checking on my information... Seems that they don't want to sell anything without knowing all your private life before. It is absurd that after providing them with 3 valid credit cards, bank statement and a LOT of my Time they were unable complete the order. Perhaps they just don't have any clubs but want to keep my credit card information for abusive charging in the future...All this feels like a big scam. I would not recommend TGW to anyone.

TGW finally decided to call me after all the complains. Esa Halabi was the person who called me and apologize for the situation.At the end they were able to send me the clubs one day later. It is just sad that it takes a lot of complaining to get one issue resolved, but overall I was happy to have insisted because I wanted the clubs quickly and They have managed it...
