Placed an order that was approved by the CC Co. Order was cancelled by TGW.

Cust Serv would not tell me why and when I asked to speak with a Manager, I was told not a Manager was available. I called back and again spelled out that the CC Co. approved the purchase (spoke with the CC Co.), again asked to speak with a Manger but again told that no Manager was available. I asked for my order to be processed since the CC Co.

approved the purchase but the Cust Serv rep hung up on me! Is this any way to run a company? There are other vendors either online or the Brick and Mortar stores where I can spend my money!

Especially is I need something right away, I can always find a store that has the items I want to by without putting up with service like TGW tried to provide. It's time WE ALL STAND UP FOR OUR RIGHTS AS A BUYER!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $272.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
